Fernanda Lains has extensive experience in the tax field, having served over a thousand clients during her more than 10 years at one of Brazil’s most renowned law firms.

Our Co-founding Partner deeply understands the client’s perspective and offers strategic solutions for complex tax litigation. A graduate of IBMEC, with an LLM from INSPER, and specialized in Tax Procedure from IBET, Fernanda is responsible for tax litigation, both administrative and judicial.

Matheus Bueno distinguished himself as a leader in the tax area of prestigious law firms in São Paulo for over 15 years. A graduate of USP, with an LLM from Georgetown University, and having passed the New York Bar Exam, our Founding Partner combines deep technical knowledge with strategic acumen, ensuring innovative and effective solutions for complex tax cases. Currently, Matheus is responsible for our tax consulting division.
